This award recognises businesses who have gone the extra mile to be an employer of choice by their current employees. The winner will be able to successfully provide evidence that they are engaged with their employees in strategic goals and company values by creating a positive workplace culture.
The judges will consider businesses that can demonstrate success built around a creative and inclusive culture for its employees. They will be looking for evidence of involvement either of the entire workforce, department or individual cases of development. You will need to provide strong evidence of change towards a positive culture. Below are some key pointers
